My Sway/Alive handset is displaying "- - - -"

What does this mean?

When the handset simply displays "- - - -", it could indicate a connection issue.

Resolving the Issue

Please proceed with a hard reset of the desk, here are the steps:

  1. Unplug all the cables from the control box (under the desk).
  2. Unplug the main power cable from the power outlet.
  3. Wait for 30 seconds.
  4. Reconnect all the cables to the control box.
  5. Reconnect the main power cord to the outlet.
  6. If your display is showing a flashing "0" or "E61", it is normal, please proceed to the next step.
  7. Once your handset is active, bring the desk to its lowest height (22.9"/23")

The desk has now been reset and the motors have also been calibrated.
