What’s the return process?
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your products, contact us by email at: email@example.com to let us know that you would like to return your products. Please mention your order number and the email associated with the order.
If the product is still under the satisfaction guarantee, (30 days from receipt of the product) and unused, we will prepare a return label for you, we will make a pick-up appointment with you to repatriate the product, and proceed with the return.
If the product is in a suitable condition when it is received at our warehouse, we will refund you the full amount paid in the following days. Please note that we do not cover the cost of delivery to the United States, but we do cover the cost of delivery to Canada. For more information on our return policy, click here.
* A suitable condition is judged when our returned product has an aesthetic and physical state that is considered being sufficiently new to be used or sent to a charity.
