My Sway/Alive 1.0 handset is showing error E60

What is an E60 error?

“E60” normally displays if the sensors of your desk are picking up a potential collision. 

Resolving the Issue

The first thing to do is to make sure that the space underneath and above the desk is clear and that the surface is not coming into contact with anything as it raises or lowers..

If the issue persists, the next step is to perform a reset of your desk. Caution: This will reset all settings to factory defaults and erase any custom settings.

1. Press both memory buttons and the UP button for about 10 seconds. After 10 seconds the display will show “S S”.
2. Press the UP button until the display reads “S 0’’.
3. Press the “SAVE” button (the ergonofis logo). You will hear a double “click”.
4. Press the DOWN button until the desk reaches the lowest position.

The control box has been reset to factory settings and all custom user settings have been erased from memory.
